Janel

Janel helps care for her cousin Navi, who is paralyzed from the waist down and needs to use a wheelchair. While Navi is mostly able to live independently, Janel assists with some of the more difficult daily tasks, such as laundry, grocery shopping, cleaning, and other home maintenance.

As Navi’s only relative currently living in Canada, Janel makes sure they spend a lot of time together, whether it’s in a caregiving capacity, or as cousins who also happen to be BFFs.
